After almost a year of developing the FH Cinema Malaysia Film Digital Stage project, the digital platform will be completed in mid-May 2023.
According to the managing director of the film and music production and distribution company FH Production Sdn Bhd, Freddy Harmthon (FH), the Asian streaming platform developed by his company will benefit at least 300 film production companies and 100 recording studios with an estimated income of RM2.5 million for film production companies, and RM125 Thousand per year for the recording studio.
"Until now, our industry has not been able to stand without a systematic and strategic marketing platform. FH Cinema, which functions as a film and music distributor, has a significant impact on the creative arts in this country, with unlimited income.
"We will create a win-win concept where FH will not charge any deposit to promote the product, and there is no contract between FH and the owner of the work, as well as not setting a payment rate for each product.
"If we set the payment rate, then the plan to advance this industry in line with modern digital development will not be achieved.
"This platform is not only for marketing in the country, but we are opening it to the international market where we are now in the framework of promoting this platform throughout Asia by holding various programs, including song chart competitions and short film charts.
FH said again with the existence of FH Cinema, many people will surely have a positive effect from it, which will generate at least 36,000 job opportunities every year and launch the country's cash flow.
"With a concept that is different from others, we are confident that not only in this country will benefit greatly, but in other countries will also have the same impact, thereby creating a close network in the creative arts industry through various side programs organized.
